Tour was also an added plus left from and came back to hotel so made last minute planning easier! Excellent location for the elevator railway to get to and from the falls as well. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean upon arrival. Comfy bed and pillows. The room and corresponding floor smelled heavily of smoke on the second day. This seems to have been an isolated thing, as when I stepped into the lobby or outside, there was no smoke smell Staff were friendly. Didn't use the amenities, so I cannot vouch for their usefulness. Would come again if the smoke smell was a one-off"

"Had a great stay in a king suite! It was easy to get to on public transit. All the staff were very friendly, allowing an early check-in, as well as storing our luggage for a later departure. I am unsure how this hotel was rated below 4 stars on Google as it exceeded what we were expecting. The breakfast buffet was also good with lots of hot options and fresh fruit (including strawberries, blueberries and watermelon!) and kids eat free. We would stay here again if visiting Toronto."
